The DBO (Deutsche Buddhistische Ordensgemeinschaft), founded in 2008 as a non-profit organisation for the german speaking, ordained sangha from various buddhist traditions – with the aim to support and further the work of the ordained sangha in the german speaking region, so that it can do its work, for the benefit of all beings, a in a competent and authentic way. It’s members adhere to the rules of the vinaya and meet regularly.
